Obstetrical (Pregnancy) Ultrasound / Sonogram

Rachel was very sweet. I really like her. I don’t always do reviews but I just wanted to write this so that it would help her next patient. But I had an ultrasound and unfortunately my baby didn’t have a heartbeat. I was so distraught I wasn’t thinking to ask in the moment but I figured they always give copies of the ultrasounds. I was not offered one. I’m not sure if it’s because the baby didn’t have a heartbeat and she thought I may not want one but I most certainly wanted one considering it was the last picture of my baby. I tried to get a copy of it after the fact but I ended up with printed copies that really just aren’t good quality. It is partially my fault that I didn’t ask for them before leaving but I was just so upset. I just want make sure Rachel asks all of her patients if they want copies before they leave the office moving forward or any provider/tech for that matter. The printed copies that are given are not anything like having the original copies and I just really regret not getting them that day.
